Our Painting Services
We specialize in Residential Painting Interior and Exterior Repaints, we also do Cabinet refinishing and concrete coatings/staining. The most common things we stain are concrete driveways, interior trim/Doors, and exterior cedar siding. this past year I have stained whole exterior houses, driveways and garages and some furniture. Along with painting we also do drywall patchwork and repairs. Unpainted Popcorn ceiling removal, popcorn patch work. Trim and shoe molding installation. Also some exterior siding repairs and interior full door and jamb replacements. Pressure Washing full exteriors is also a job we do for our customers. I will pressure wash every exterior repaint before we start any prep or painting and after it is finished we usually come back once or twice a year to pressure wash the exterior clean.
Exterior Painting.
With every job it is treated with the utmost professionalism. We strive for perfection and take our prep work very serious. For every exterior it is pressure washed clean first then following the wash we caulk every crack and patch any holes. Then spray the body and brush and roll the trim. We also spray gutters if the customer wants them painted.
With the exterior we do trim repairs and some soffit and fascia repairs as well.
Interior Painting.
For every interior paint job a large portion of our time usually goes to the prep work. We caulk any and all cracks along the trim if it’s a repaint and caulk all the trim if its newly installed. Same for any shoe molding we always caulk the small joining line to the trim and putty any nail holes on the trim. For the walls we patch any nail holes or any holes around a half inch in diameter then lightly sand any rough areas and prime any areas that is either stained or bare drywall. If there is any damage to any of the walls depending on the damage, we can also repair the walls prior to painting. For instance, large holes in drywall, we would patch the holes first then prime and paint the walls. Once everything is primed and ready for paint and the colors and sheens have been picked, we then begin the painting process. First we cover all the floors in the working area with dropcloths and drape plastic over any furniture in the area that cant be moved. What can be moved away from the working area will be moved for extra protection/safety. Now we begin the painting process by always starting from top to bottom. We always strive for a smooth solid finish with every paint job and extra cleanliness with our work areas.
Concrete Coatings
Concrete Coatings. With every concrete coating or staining we pressure wash the concrete first and deck scrub if necessary. Then once it is completely dry we apply the concrete coating or stain one to two coats or more depending on the product and the desired look usually striving for a nice solid finish.
Then we masked off anything we didn’t want any Stain on. Then sprayed 2 coats on each side really bringing this fence back to life. The home owner here was so happy and emotional over how her fence came out it literally brought tears to my eyes. Ill never forget it.

This privacy fence was pretty weathered and definitely in need of some TLC. We refastened all the loose boards, pressure washed it with a light deck scrubbing on the really bad areas.
